For Coaches/Managers registering a team in Premier League Futsal without a home club — follow the links to PowerUp to register.
Fees
Per Season:
- League Fee: $1,700 + HST
- Club Administration Fee: $300
Fall + Winter: Sign up for both seasons and save over $700!
Season Schedule
- 8 regular-season games
- 1 playoff game guaranteed
Fall Season
October 10 – December 5, 2026
Playoffs: December 12, 2026
Winter Season
January – March 2027
Playoffs: March 2027 — Dates TBA
Player Registration
After your team is registered, we will create a team-specific code for your players.
Players will use the code to:
- Register through PowerUp
- Submit a headshot and proof of age
- Pay their player card fee
- Be officially rostered to your team
Team Jerseys
Your team must have jerseys with:
- Player numbers on the back
- Waterloo County FC logo on the front

Required for Head Coach & Assistant Coach:
- Vulnerable Sector Police Check
- Canada Soccer Introduction to Futsal (Online)
- NCCP Make Ethical Decision (MED) Workshop (Online Evaluation)
- Respect in Sport for Activity Leaders (Soccer)
- NCCP Making Head Way in Sport
- NCCP Emergency Action Plan
- NCCP Understanding the Rule of Two
