Why we exist

Waterloo County FC was built for one reason: so everyone can play futsal. We're a futsal-first club through and through — every practice, every match day and every decision is shaped around the small-court game. We were founded to open Premier League Futsal to any player in Kitchener-Waterloo, from kids lacing up boots for the first time in our Futbolito division right through to seasoned adults battling it out in Premier. Whether you're signing on solo as a free agent, rounding up a group of friends, or bringing a whole team of your own, there's a spot for you on the court every Saturday — real matches, real competition, and a playoff at the end of it all.

Pick how you're joining above and we'll take it from there.

The court makes the footballer.

Futsal was born in 1930s Uruguay and raised in Brazil, where the world's best players learned touch, vision and creativity. WCFC plays that game: small-sided, high tempo, constant transition — every player on the ball far more often than on an outdoor pitch.
